How do I get a replacement return label?

Customer can call us, start a chat, or open a support (warranty) ticket on our website at https://support.bossaudio.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001119894 “submit a ticket” “request support”. Once we validate your warranty, we’ll send you a shipping label via email in order for you to ship the item back to us.  We pay the shipping costs.  There are no restocking fees.
