Once an online order is placed you will receive an email with tracking information.  Note: If you have a Gmail account, the email may be in your “promotions” folder. If you don’t receive an email, you can call customer support at 805-751-4853, M-F, 7:30 – 5:00pm, PST. We typically ship orders within  2-3 business days of receiving them.
