There are 4 basic steps to a warranty claim. 1. Customer registers their product upon purchasing. 2. If there’s an issue, customer either calls, chats or opens a support (warranty) ticket on our website (https://support.bossaudio.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001119894) . 3. We will ask for information regarding eligibility, and we will attempt to troubleshoot the issue. 4. Once it is determined that a replacement is required, we send the customer an email with a return label and begin the process. We offer a few versions of this scenario, which are explained in detail at the onset of the process.
