How do I cancel/change my website order?

If you created an account on our website, go into your account and send us an email with the order information and we’ll cancel or change your order.  If you didn’t register with an account on our website, you can open a support ticket (from this link: https://support.bossaudio.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001119894 ).  Please provide the order information and, if possible, we’ll cancel it.  If you prefer, you can also call customer support at 805-751-4853, M-F, 7:30 – 5:00pm, PST. Calling us is likely the fastest way to reach us.
