Where’s my online order/tracking?

Once an order is placed you will receive a confirmation email and a second email with tracking information.  (Note: If you have a Gmail account, the email may be in your “promotions” folder.) If you don’t receive an email, you can call customer support at 805-751-4853, M-F, 7:30 – 5:00pm, PST. We typically ship orders within 48 business hours of receiving them.
